Le conseil sécurité et prévention

The use of mobile machinery is one of the leading causes of accidents on farms. Analysis of these incidents shows that the compliance of such machinery is a key factor in their occurrence. The owner of a new machine has one year from the date of delivery to report any lack of conformity to the seller (Article L4311-5 of the French Commercial Code). During this period, the seller is obliged to rectify the non-conformity at their own expense or to take the machine back.To help you check that your vine cuttings shredder complies with the regulations , you can download its compliance certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture's website.
