Vérif tech agri V2

With VERIF'TECH AGRI, the MSA Gironde is offering an innovative, free application for carrying out technical checks on tractors and trailers. Simple and fun, the diagnosis is carried out step by step, in complete autonomy. It's a real virtuous circle: better monitoring of farm machinery, improved working order and visibility, and ultimately safer journeys for everyone!

What is the VERIF'TECH AGRI application?

VERIF'TECH AGRI is a free digital tool developed by the MSA Gironde. It enables farmers and owners of tractors and trailers to carry out the necessary technical checks quickly and independently before any use on the road or on the farm.

These checks include signalling, lighting, safety devices and braking. Thanks to a tick-box system, users can check that their equipment complies with current regulations in just a few minutes.

At the end of the diagnosis, a summary report and a work sheet are generated to help the user make any necessary repairs.

Designed as a genuine management tool, the application can also be used to archive the diagnostics carried out, from a single piece of equipment to an entire fleet of machines. By creating an account, users can consult the history of their checks and ensure traceability, making it easier to plan work in the workshop or at an agricultural mechanic's.

What's new at VERIF'TECH AGRI

Redesigned as a web app, VERIF'TECH AGRI is now available on smartphones, tablets and computers, with no need to download any software
computer, with no download required.

The tool can be used individually or in company mode. This collaborative mode means that the machinery fleet, diagnostics and maintenance monitoring can be shared between different users within the same organisation.

VERIF'TECH AGRI now takes account of the gauge of tractors and trailers (Group A, Group B), in accordance with the Order of 4 May 2006 on the circulation of agricultural and forestry vehicles and equipment. The application also indicates the additional signage required if the regulatory dimensions are exceeded.

Last but not least, a new function enables you to monitor tractor maintenance and anticipate any necessary work, thanks to an integrated alert system.

For safe driving

Road accidents involving agricultural machinery account for a small proportion of all accidents, but the consequences are often serious. Slower and bulkier than conventional vehicles, these machines require optimum visibility and rapid identification by other road users.

In this context, technical checks are essential. VERIF'TECH AGRI simplifies this process and helps farmers maintain their equipment. Rigorous monitoring of equipment helps to improve its working order and visibility, thereby reducing the risk of accidents.

Who is the application aimed at?

VERIF'TECH AGRI is aimed at all users of agricultural machinery in all sectors. It can also be used in agricultural education as a teaching aid.

Prevention of agricultural road risk
Although accidents involving tractors represent a small proportion of road incidents, their consequences are often more serious. At harvest time, the number of vehicles on the road increases, and so do the risks.
